What is the process of Releasing Resistance that I talked about in the first G.R.A.C.E. post?
The dictionary defines releasing as “to set free from confinement, restraint or bondage.” And the dictionary defines resistance as “the opposition offered by one thing, force, etc., to another.” So releasing resistance basically means (for our purposes) to set free from confinement, restraint or bondage that is produced by the opposing force. For us, the opposing force could be seen as limiting beliefs about ourselves, our lives, our purposes, or anything we desire.
As I mentioned, releasing resistance is a two-step process.

I love moments of inspiration. Unfortunately, the times that I am really inspired are generally when I’m in the shower. Then, I have to hurry up so I can get out of the shower to write down whatever it is I am inspired with before I actually forget the inspiration.
Long ago, I discovered a process called the “GRACE” process. It was presented by Alma Daniel and Timothy Wyllie in their book Ask Your Angels (no, it is not a specifically Christian book, and I spent long hours using this book with much success).
And in the shower the other day, I was inspired with a “new form” of this process that could be applied to manifesting things in one’s life through energy work. Here’s the basic outline of it:

For the second or third time, I have just finished watching Amercian History X. While I am not into racism and the like, preferring freedom over fanaticism, it is an entertaining movie (and not just because Edward Norton has a fantastic nude scene which is probably one of the major fantasies of every gay man this side of the Milky Way Galaxy). Rather, it is informative, educational and entertaining because it always reminds me of the saying by which I live my life.

Well, I have to say, it has been one heck of an ordeal.
Just yesterday, I invited some of my friends to visit my website, and guess what? Some of them did! And guess what else! When they did, it was GONE! So I started trying to get to my site … to no avail.
Last night, I emailed my host … again, to no avail.
So today, after I did most of my “cleaning ritual,” I ended up taking down databases, putting databases up, rearranging folders, and finally, uninstalling and reinstalling WordPress AGAIN.
Thank goodness I had a backup database of my posts, so this time, I didn’t have to just start everything from scratch again!
But, the pages aren’t included, which means the static pages (formerly entitled “The Usuals”) have to be re-written. But that’s better than having to start all over!
So far, so good —- your current usernames and passwords should still work. Email me privately if you have any issues and we’ll work them out.

The darkness and the light. The day and the night. The movement and the stillness. The hard and the soft. The open and the closed. The above and the below. What are these pairs of words? They are thoughts on polarity. And polarity, as we know, is inclusive of both men and women, the male godform and the female godform. But aren’t we a bit unbalanced as modern groups go?

I couldn’t help myself. In coming up with a new article (which I’ll probably post later, after it’s been fully revised and edited a couple of times), I ran across a poem in a book that I studied long ago. The book is called Be A Goddess, by Francesca DeGrandis. Here’s the poem (one of my faves):
I am the Goddess’s Beloved.
My lungs take in Her breath.
My veins run with Her red.
Blessed are the feet
that have walked my path
of trials and pleasure.
My hands are Her hands.
I am God as surely as
I created the universe at the beginning.
I need bow down before no one
nor before any deity.
My body is Her body,
glistening with the sweat of stars.
My tears and my sex are Her gifts;
I bestow these as I will.
Goddess within and without,
fill me with the light
that exposes evil;
fill me with the light
that evil flees from;
fill me with the light
that illuminates me in my hiding,
that I may come from my hiding
and bathe in the joy of the light.
Fabulous, isn’t it?
