What is the process of Releasing Resistance that I talked about in the first G.R.A.C.E. post?
The dictionary defines releasing as “to set free from confinement, restraint or bondage.” And the dictionary defines resistance as “the opposition offered by one thing, force, etc., to another.” So releasing resistance basically means (for our purposes) to set free from confinement, restraint or bondage that is produced by the opposing force. For us, the opposing force could be seen as limiting beliefs about ourselves, our lives, our purposes, or anything we desire.
As I mentioned, releasing resistance is a two-step process.

I love moments of inspiration. Unfortunately, the times that I am really inspired are generally when I’m in the shower. Then, I have to hurry up so I can get out of the shower to write down whatever it is I am inspired with before I actually forget the inspiration.
Long ago, I discovered a process called the “GRACE” process. It was presented by Alma Daniel and Timothy Wyllie in their book Ask Your Angels (no, it is not a specifically Christian book, and I spent long hours using this book with much success).
And in the shower the other day, I was inspired with a “new form” of this process that could be applied to manifesting things in one’s life through energy work. Here’s the basic outline of it:

This is just a quick note. I’m not doing a full blog post today because I have to start getting ready for class very soon. At any rate, the point of this post is this:
It’s pretty obvious that the diet menu I have constructed for myself is low-carbohydrate. One of the side effects of this kind of diet is low blood sugar. In actuality, my blood sugar is normal right now, but because it is lower than my body is actually used to, I have strange moments of spaciness in the afternoons. As I type this, I am experiencing one of them. As my body gets used to the lower blood sugar level, I will stop experiencing these. But WOWZERS, does everything feel distant right now!
Anyhow, just a note!

In this final installment in my Servitor creation series, I am giving you the ritual that I normally use to create a Servitor. My particular flavor is Wiccan-style ritual, but you can feel free to couch the main parts of this ritual in the format you normally use. It is much more likely to be successful if you utilize a ritual format that you are used to working within.

You can create servitors to:
- go everywhere with you and protect you;
- bring you money when desperately in need;
- to tell you what things will happen, when they will happen, and at what time of the night or day they will happen;
- to give you information if someone asks you “What am I thinking?” or “What has happened to me?” or even “What is going to happen?” – your Servitor can tell you in your mind, while you speak the answers to the one who asks as if you knew it yourself;
- perform various tasks at your request;
- give you information on someone’s illness, whether the person will live or die, and even the day and hour of their death;
- to give you the power to cure;
- cause the friendship of influential people;
- and so much more!
I really am not sure why I felt the need to write this particular short post, but I did – so here it is!
