After a full week of doing massive amounts of research (including playing around with MyPyramid.gov for a long while), I finally settled on a particular weekly diet. I tried to keep it as simple as possible so I could fit all of it into my schedule.

What’s the dreaded “e-word?” Well … EXERCISE, of course! I started doing some research, but as I said in another post, it’s kind of obvious that calories out have to be more than calories in, in order to lose weight.

I promised a meal plan that was healthier, and here it is. The really crazy thing is that, while it’s healthier, it is also *more* calories than I normally take in. But, I also noticed, while formulating this thing, that my usual intake is more calories *from fat* (which this plan significantly decreases).

This is the beginning of my weight loss journey. (Warning: for those of you with weak stomachs, I encourage you to NOT look at the picture at the end of this post.)

In this final installment in my Servitor creation series, I am giving you the ritual that I normally use to create a Servitor. My particular flavor is Wiccan-style ritual, but you can feel free to couch the main parts of this ritual in the format you normally use. It is much more likely to be successful if you utilize a ritual format that you are used to working within.

You can create servitors to:
- go everywhere with you and protect you;
- bring you money when desperately in need;
- to tell you what things will happen, when they will happen, and at what time of the night or day they will happen;
- to give you information if someone asks you “What am I thinking?” or “What has happened to me?” or even “What is going to happen?” – your Servitor can tell you in your mind, while you speak the answers to the one who asks as if you knew it yourself;
- perform various tasks at your request;
- give you information on someone’s illness, whether the person will live or die, and even the day and hour of their death;
- to give you the power to cure;
- cause the friendship of influential people;
- and so much more!
I really am not sure why I felt the need to write this particular short post, but I did – so here it is!

Today was a day of reckoning for me. It has been one of those days – for me, anyhow – that made me sit up and actually *think* (which is something few people tend to do these days, anyhow). Namely, it’s because I received a fantastic little note in my inbox about some kind of crap that is supposedly written by a queer kid who was raised by queer parents. There’s some pretty alarming stuff in this email, so I’m going to respond to it bit by bit.
