Our Memorial Day Campout is just around the corner. Each year, we gather with the fam in Michigan to have a fabulous campout, usually with lots of yummies, the lack of technology, and (most importantly) lots of family hugs, love and togetherness.

What is “Grounding?”

When we consult the dictionary, grounding is defined, generally, as an activity that occurs with electricity. You know the third prong on most of the larger plugs that you put into an outlet? That is a grounding prong. It helps to protect against fires in case of an electrical surge by redirecting those energies into the rubberized piece of the plug.
