On the way to Mom’s today, I did a Tattwa Meditation from the book Summoning Spirits, by Konstantinos. This is one of the first exercises given in the book, and it is geared towards gaining or strengthening your abilities in astral travel, both seeing and hearing (for the most part). Although, if you’re really smart and what to increase your astral abilities, you’ll do more than just use the senses of sight and sound – you’ll also use the sense of touch and smell, and maybe even taste (depending on where you’re at or what your activity is).

But I digress.

When I entered the air realm, it was vague, and I had a bit of trouble seeing the environment around me. It seemed as though I were in a forested area, but I wondered what that, if anything, would have to do with the elemental of air, really. And as soon as I began to think that thought, I immediately began to float upward.

I stopped in the clouds, as if I were floating in the sky itself, surrounded by brilliant baby blue and big fluffy white clouds. It was the kind of scene you might see if you were looking out of the window on your flight to a vacation destination. It was as if I stepped right off an airplane and was enjoyably making my way through miles and miles of fluffy white stuff. LOL

I vibrated the three sacred names of the air element/quarter/tattwa and everything became much clearer, visually.

An entity called “Abbarill” came to me and offered me a complete tour of the air realm. Pressed for time, though, I took a raincheck on the total tour. Abbarill then proceeded to tell me that each of the quarters/realms has within it a section of every other realm. In other words: the air realm contains each of the other four realms, as well, so that it consists of five sub-realms total. These would be: air of air, fire of air, water of air, earth of air and aethyr of air (or spirit of air).

Abbarill also gave me a sigil/symbol to call her directly on my next visit to the air tattwa. In order for it to work, I have to draw the sigil in sky blue flame and vibrate her name. (I’m not going to reveal the symbol here, because it works on the astral, mental and physical planes, and Abbarill may get offended if I share the symbol with total strangers.)
